Seabather's eruption is an unusual rash that develops in individuals who have been swimming in the ocean. We report the case of a 25-year-old woman who had the rash in a typical bathing suit distribution. Several species of cnidarian larvae have been implicated in causing the disease.

A 40 year old woman (gravida 2, para 2) presented to the emergency department nine days postpartum with a four day history of progressive pruritic rash. The rash had initially appeared peripherally on the limbs and later progressed to involve the trunk, abdomen, and back.

A woman had a skin condition with clinical and histopathologic indications of fixed drug eruption. The disease first appeared when she went to a swimming pool and left with hyperpigmented macules.

We describe two children with acute onset and spontaneous resolution of angioma‐like papules during a viral illness. The biopsy specimens from both patients showed a unique histologic appearance consisting of dilated dermal blood vessels with plump, hobnail‐shaped endothelial cells.

DURING the past twelve years I have had the opportunity to observe persons with an acute form of dermatitis which occurs within a short time after bathing in the ocean. This eruption is characterized by erythematous wheals, which appear within a few hours after exposure and persist for several days, involuting spontaneously.
