Dynamic Fibrous Hydrogels for Stem Cell Homing and In Situ Bone Regeneration
A dynamic fibrous hydrogel (DFH) is developed by covalent crosslinking of gelatin with tea‐derived trichomes, which integrates the structural and compositional fidelity of native extracellular matrix with photothermal and oxidative responsiveness, introducing a novel “stem cell recruits stem cell” strategy that orchestrates co‐homing of endogenous and ...

Stress‐Induced Activation of Prolactin‐NR4A1‐Midkine Axis Exacerbates Skin Inflammation
Chronic psychological stress activates prolactin signaling to reprogram dermal fibroblasts into APCDD1+ inflammatory effectors via NR4A1, driving midkine secretion. This paracrine hub amplifies keratinocyte proliferation and immune recruitment, thus exacerbating skin inflammation.

Multigene Next-Generation Sequencing Panel Identifies Pathogenic Variants in Patients with Unknown Subtype of Epidermolysis Bullosa: Subclassification with Prognostic Implications [PDF]
Purpose: Epidermolysis bullosa (EB), the prototype of heritable blistering diseases, is caused by mutations in as many as 19 distinct genes. In this study, we evaluated the molecular basis of EB in 93 families, many of them of unknown subtype. Methods:

This study elucidates the mechanism by which heat stress regulates skin pigmentation: heat stress upregulates CX3CL1 through the MYC‐WDR5‐H3K4me3 axis, thereby activating the CX3CL1/CX3CR1‐JNK signaling pathway and ultimately promoting melanogenesis. These findings provide novel potential therapeutic targets for pigmentary skin disorders.
