Inkjet‐Printed h‐BN Memristors with a Record Endurance under Low‐Currents

An inkjet‐printed memristor based on h‐BN flakes achieves a record endurance of 2.2 million cycles through a current‐controlled method. This device transitions between volatile and non‐volatile regimes to effectively emulate both artificial neurons and synapses.

Hybrid SiOₓ‐CVD/PDMS ultrathin films mitigate atmospheric corrosion of additively manufactured AlSi10Mg. Electrochemical analyses show reduced corrosion currents, increased charge‐transfer resistance, and suppressed pitting due to diminished cathodic activity and limited oxygen and ion transport under NaCl exposure.
