Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir a atuação do coordenador pedagógico na transição escolar, especificamente entre as etapas do Ensino Fundamental da Educação Básica. O artigo buscou esclarecer os conceitos de transição escolar, bem como o de coordenação pedagógica e as atribuições deste profissional.
