European Journal of Organic Chemistry, Volume 28, Issue 34, September 23, 2025.Protection of alcohols is carried out using the readily available 5‐bromo‐8‐nitro‐1‐naphthoic acid (NNapOH). Under Mitsunobu conditions, primary and secondary alcohols are converted into the corresponding esters, which are subsequently deprotected under mild reduction conditions. Spherical and Aspherical Lenses for Boosting the Performance of Terahertz Imaging Systems
Advanced Photonics Research, Volume 6, Issue 7, July 2025.This study investigates the enhancement of terahertz (THz) detection through the terajet effect using mesoscale dielectric lenses of various geometries. Spherical, aspherical, and cubic polytetrafluoroethylene lenses are evaluated at 0.15 and 0.3 THz, demonstrating significant improvements in responsivity and noise reduction.
