Rational engineering of terminal substituents in symmetric azobenzene‐based molecules enables precise control over conformationally coupled charge‐transfer processes. Interface‐Directed High Fluorescence Efficiency Two‐Dimensional Molecular Crystals With Surface‐Exposed Active Sites
