Denne infrastrukturen, betegnet som eSporingsløsningen, er basert på en tjenesteorientert arkitektur.Med tjenesteorienterte arkitekturer stilles det nye krav til sikkerheten da tradisjonelle mekanismer for sikkerhet ikke er gode nok.

Mitochondria‐Targeting Moieties Based on N‐Tethered Pyridinium Cations

Pyridinium cations were benchmarked as mitochondria‐targeting moieties in a panel of N‐tethered fluorescent‐, bioactive‐, and inert‐cargo conjugates. 3,5‐Diphenylpyridinium (DPPy+) is a competent triphenylphosphonium (TPP+) surrogate, combining high mitochondria‐targeting efficiency with lower intrinsic effects on mitochondrial function.

2‐Azaazulenium Hemicyanine Dyes for NIR‐II Multimodal Imaging and Combined Phototherapy

A strategically engineered class of 2‐azaazulenium hemicyanines is developed, featuring bright fluorescence in the second near‐infrared (NIR‐II) window and multifunctional performance. SWJT‐OCH3 shows type I/II reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and excellent photothermal activity.
