Dual‐stimuli‐responsive CuFeTe2 nanosheets (CFT) induce cuproptosis/ferroptosis via TME‐responsive Fe2⁺/Cu2⁺ release and NIR‐II photothermal effects, amplifying ROS and depleting HSP70/ATP to trigger ICD and immune activation, while ensuring biocompatible renal clearance for TNBC therapy.

This study identified that STK33 may serve as a target of Bufalin, which induces the degradation of STK33 and inhibits the growth of TNBC. Furthermore, STK33 is highly expressed in TNBC and enhances TNBC cell proliferation by phosphorylating and stabilizing CCAR1.

This study investigates adenomyosis fibrosis in relation to nociceptive nerves. Nociceptive nerve‐secreted CGRP promotes RAMP1hi CD140b+ CD146+ fibroblast differentiation into myofibroblasts through ERK activation, causing severe fibrosis. Rimegepant‐induced CGRP/RAMP1 signaling blockade alleviates fibrosis and restores fertility in a mouse model. This
