Ecological Entomology, EarlyView.Dung beetles suppressed cumulative methane flux from cattle dung by 85% and reduced total greenhouse gas emissions by 18%. Beetle activity accelerated initial CO2 release but did not alter total cumulative flux. N2O and NH3 fluxes were transient and not consistently driven by beetle presence.

Wee1 kinase differentially regulates maize CDKA2;1a and CDKB1;1
The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.In eukaryotes, Wee1 kinase inhibits the kinase activity of CDK/Cyc complexes through phosphorylation of a conserved residue in the CDK moiety.
