Synchronization of estrus in pig embryo transfer.
The Japanese journal of animal reproduction, 1990 豚の胚移植のための発情同期化方法として,離乳時雌豚にPMSG•hCGを投与(処置I),PGF2αにより流産させた妊娠初期未経産雌豚にPMSG•hCGを投与(処置II),未経産雌豚にAltrenogestを投与した後にPMSG•hCGを投与(処置III)した3処置について検討した。発情の確認は1日2回,成熟雄豚を用いて行った。発情(許容)は処置I,IIではDay0~1,IIIではDay1で開始するものが多かった。卵巣嚢腫は処置Iで3頭認められたが,IIおよびIIIでは認められなかった。発情を発現した雌豚は2~3回の人工授精を行い,day 5~8に胚を回収した。正常胚の割合は処置I,IIおよびIIIで,それぞれ81.8%,81.0%,52.5%となり,処置I,IIとIIIとの間に有意差が認められた ...
