Oncocercosis en Colombia: estudio de seguimiento después de 12 años

Este estudio es el seguimiento de una investigación realizada en 1965 del único foco conocido de Onchocerca volvulus en Colombia. En la primera parte del presente estudio se examinaron 254 personas. De los 19 individuos que se encontraron infectados con O. volvulus, el más joven fue un hombre de 16 años.
