Mixing and decay constants of pseudoscalar mesons: Octet-singlet vs. quark flavor basis [PDF]
Although eta-eta' mixing is qualitatively well understood as a consequence of the U(1)_A anomaly in QCD together with a broken SU(3) flavor symmetry, until recently the values of decay and mixing parameters of the eta and eta' were only approximately ...

Anisotropic expansion and SNIa: An open issue
We review the appropriateness of using SNIa observations to detect potential signatures of anisotropic expansion in the Universe. We focus on Union2 and SNLS3 SNIa datasets and use the hemispherical comparison method to detect possible anisotropic ...

Consequences of Cash-rent Farming in Kermanshah’s Mahidasht: Marshallian versus Cheungian Perspectives [PDF]
Cash-rent farming has developed during recent years in Iran; this phenomenon has had a greater impact especially in fertile regions with the abundant sources of water and soil.

A complete hyoid bone of a woolly rhinoceros (Coelodonta antiquitatis) from the Late Pleistocene at Artazu VIII (Gipuzkoa, northern Iberian Peninsula) [PDF]
The presence of Coelodonta antiquitatis has been only confirmed at 25 sites in the Iberian Peninsula, and 20 of them are in the Cantabrian region. Among the skeletal remains recovered so far, the hyoid bone of this species has never been described at the

Intramolecular Hydrogen Bond Energy and Its Decomposition—O–H∙∙∙O Interactions
The method to calculate the energy of intramolecular hydrogen bond is proposed and tested for a sample of malonaldehyde and its fluorine derivatives; the corresponding calculations were performed at the ωB97XD/aug-cc-pVTZ level.

Search for the X (2370) and observation of eta(c) -> eta eta eta ' in J/psi -> gamma eta eta eta '
Using a sample of 1.31 x 10(9) J/psi events collected with the BESIII detector, we perform a study of J/psi -> gamma eta eta eta' to search for the X(2370) and eta(c) in the eta eta eta' invariant mass distribution. No significant signal for the X(2370) is observed, and we set an upper limit for the product branching fraction of B(J/psi -> gamma X(2370)

New tests of variability of the speed of light.
We present basic ideas of the varying speed of light cosmology, its formulation, benefits and problems. We relate it to the theories of varying fine structure constants and discuss some new tests (redshift drift and angular diameter distance maximum ...

The $\eta^\prime g^* g^{(*)}$ Vertex Including the $\eta^\prime$-Meson Mass [PDF]
The $\eta^\prime g^* g^{(*)}$ effective vertex function is calculated in the QCD hard-scattering approach, taking into account the $\eta^\prime$-meson mass.

chi_c0 and chi_c2 Decays into eta eta, eta eta', and eta' eta' Final States
Using a sample of 3 x 10^6 psi(2S) decays collected by the CLEO III and CLEO_c detector configurations, we present results of a study of _{c0} and _{c2} decays into eta-eta, eta-etaprime, and etaprime-etaprime final states. We find B(chi_{c0} -> eta-eta)= (0.31+-0.05+-0.04+-0.02)%, B(chi_{c0} -> eta-etaprime) <0.05 % at the 90% confidence ...
