Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

God’s Eternity in Creation in Augustine’s De Genesi ad Litteram

open access: yesStudia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai. Philosophia
For Augustine, eternity holds a special significance, because understanding this concept correctly enabled him to understand God as he truly is: eternal, stable, unchangeable. For this reason, eternity is a key point in understanding how God created all

Photocatalytic Water Splitting on the Lunar Surface: Prospects for In Situ Resource Utilization

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Water has been found in craters on the moon nearby locations which are illuminated >80% of the time. Photocatalysis uses energy from sunlight to drive chemical reactions such as water splitting to produce oxygen and hydrogen. It is a scalable technology that requires lighter equipment and utilizes resources available on the moon. ABSTRACT The discovery

Eschatology: Eternal Now or Cosmic Future?

open access: yesZygon, 2001
Paul Tillich's eternal now is the ground from which all things emerge and perish in each and every moment. A Tillichean eschatology involves the gathering of all things finite into the eternity of the present moment, into God.

Developing a Functional Polyelectrolyte Hybrid Layer Scaffold Coating and Evaluation of Its Performance for Interaction With Neural Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte scaffold coatings modified with Cu and Fe3O4 nanoparticles regulate neural stem cell behavior in vitro. Increased Fe3O4 content enhances mitochondrial activity and neuronal differentiation, whereas higher Cu levels reduce cell viability.

Teologiczno-estetyczne wyznaczniki sakralności dzieła muzycznego

open access: yesPro Musica Sacra, 2013
In the face of great music, a human being rises in the attitude of contemplative admiration, feeling the border of everyday life is crossed and the land of transcendental beauty entered. Joseph Ratzinger ‒ Benedict XVI is an experienced guide on this way.
