Abstract Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has typical advancements in the healthcare sector with rapid potential proof for decentralised communication systems that have been applied for collecting and monitoring COVID‐19 patient data. Machine Learning algorithms typically use the risk score of each patient based on risk factors, which could help ...

Supersymmetric Dirac-Born-Infeld axionic inflation and non-Gaussianity
An analysis is given of inflation based on a supersymmetric Dirac-Born-Infeld (DBI) action in an axionic landscape. The DBI model we discuss involves a landscape of chiral superfields with one U(1) shift symmetry which is broken by instanton type non ...

Dimensional reduction and (Anti) de Sitter bounds
Dimensional reduction has proven to be a surprisingly powerful tool for delineating the boundary between the string landscape and the swampland. Bounds from the Weak Gravity Conjecture and the Repulsive Force Conjecture, for instance, are exactly ...

We propose a new measure for eternal inflation that includes both conditions, large field fluctuations and smooth homogeneous domains, in the self reproducing probability estimate. We show that due to the increasing inhomogeneities in the background spacetime fractal, self-reproduction stops within a finite time t_f, thus inflation can not be eternal.

The Consequences of Soil Organic Carbon for Crop Yield, Farm Productivity and Profit
ABSTRACT Crop choices affect soil organic carbon (SOC) stocks, allowing farmers to manipulate the amount of carbon sequestered in the soil over time. This paper examines the private and public benefits of crop rotations that sequester additional carbon across the province of Saskatchewan, Canada using a novel field‐level dataset from the Saskatchewan ...

Conceptualizing and measuring consumers’ negative attitudes towards online shopping
Abstract Despite the advantages of online shopping, increasing evidence indicates the prevalence of negative consumer attitudes towards online shopping (NATOS). Yet existing research exhibits a nearly exclusive focus on measuring positive attitudes, creating limited conceptual breadth. Moreover, despite the existence of conceptually related constructs (

The theory of eternal inflation — according to which our observable universe is just one bubble within an endlessly self-replicating multiverse — presents not only a physical but also a hermeneutic challenge.

Conditions for (no) eternal inflation [PDF]
We construct analytic and numerical solutions of the Fokker-Planck equation that arises in the context of stochastic inflation. We use these solutions to derive necessary conditions for eternal inflation on the higher derivatives of the scalar field potential and examine the prospects for eternal inflation in a variety of popular models.
