We report the first complete NMR assignment of taraxerone, a pentacyclic triterpenoid isolated from Cnidoscolus aconitifolius (chaya). Using 2D NMR, DFT, and NBO analysis, we resolved spectral ambiguities due to high‐order couplings and signal overlap. Two Ring A conformers were identified and characterized.

This study provides the first national‐level synthesis of medical Enset (Ensete ventricosum) in Ethiopia. Over 600 Enset landraces were identified, with 16.7% documented from 15 major Enset growing areas, where corn and bulla are the primary medical parts used to treat bone and back ailments.
