Electro‐Mechanical Dissociation in Chagas Cardiomyopathy: Comparative Analysis of Arrhythmic Burden Beyond LVEF

Despite matched clinical characteristics and LVEF, patients with Chagas cardiomyopathy exhibit a significantly higher arrhythmic burden compared to ischemic cardiomyopathy. This electro‐mechanical dissociation highlights the necessity of sudden death risk stratification strategies that extend beyond traditional ejection fraction thresholds.

Experimental design and behavioral outcomes of bee venom treatment in a murine model of Parkinson's disease. Mice received an intrastriatal injection of 6‐OHDA into the right hemisphere to induce dopaminergic degeneration. Animals were subsequently treated with l‐DOPA/carbidopa, with or without bee venom (BV) administered intraperitoneally.
