Effect of ZnO surface defects on efficiency and stability of ZnO-based perovskite solar cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
ZnO as an alternative electron transport layer (ETL) material for perovskite solar cell applications has drawn increasing research interest due to its comparable energy levels to TiO2, relatively high electron mobility, as well as its feasibility to be ...

ETL

open access: yes, 2018
ETL is short for Extract-Transform-Load. The ETL process extracts data from operational source systems, transforms the data, and loads the data into a target. The transformations to perform on the data can involve a plethora of different activities, e.g., filtering, normalization or de-normalization to a desired form, joins, conversion, and cleansing ...

Enhancement of Perovskite Solar Cells by TiO2-Carbon Dot Electron Transport Film Layers

open access: yesNanomaterials, 2022
The high performance of perovskite solar cells was produced with the help of an electron transport layer (ETL) and hole transport layer. The film ETL (mesoporous (meso)-TiO2/carbon dot) boosted the efficiency of the perovskite solar cells.

Agile ETL

open access: yesProcedia Technology, 2013
AbstractAgile ETL is a tool for technicians working in the area of business intelligence, which facilitates consolidation of information in a central repository called data warehouse. Mechanisms have been established to create, control and monitoring processes of extraction transformation and loading of data, which is supposed to give a faster response

A BPMN-Based Design and Maintenance Framework for ETL Processes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Business Intelligence (BI) applications require the design, implementation, and maintenance of processes that extract, transform, and load suitable data for analysis. The development of these processes (known as ETL) is an inherently complex problem that

A Grammar for Reproducible and Painless Extract-Transform-Load Operations on Medium Data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Many interesting data sets available on the Internet are of a medium size---too big to fit into a personal computer's memory, but not so large that they won't fit comfortably on its hard disk.

Ferrocene Derivatives Enable Ultrasensitive Perovskite Photodetectors with Enhanced Reverse Bias Stability

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.
