Effect of Host Anisotropy on Phosphorescent Emitter Orientation and Light Outcoupling in OLEDs

The orientation of the emissive transition dipole moment of a cage‐type Iridium complex can be tuned by the anisotropic alignment of the cohost material, which is expressed as the S$S$ parameter of the film. Thus, the external quantum efficiency of OLEDs can be further enhanced to reach values above 30%.

Enhancement of the Ultraviolet Stability of Perovskite Solar by the Interface Modified with Cesium Chloride

CsCl interface modification promotes perovskite growth and suppresses recombination, boosting n–i–p perovskite solar cells (PSC) efficiency from 21.21% to 23.73% and enhancing UV stability fourfold, offering a simple route to efficient, stable PSCs. Stability is an important factor affecting the application of perovskite solar cells (PSCs).

Engineering of Double Absorber Organic‐Perovskite Solar Cells for >34% Efficiency with V2O5 as Back Surface Field Layer

This study investigates high‐efficiency double perovskite active layer (DPAL) structures using MAPbI3 and MASnI3 to surpass the Shockley‐Queisser limit in single‐junction perovskite solar cells. SCAPS‐1D simulations show that the V2O5‐assisted DPAL device achieves 34.14% power conversion efficiency with improved JSC, VOC, and FF.

Organic Bulk‐Heterojunction‐Integrated Flexible Perovskite Photodetection Arrays for High‐Speed Broadband Optical Communication

A flexible broadband photodetector is realized by integrating a perovskite with an organic bulk‐heterojunction. It achieves high external quantum efficiency (EQE) (>80% visible, >60% near‐infrared (NIR)), ultralow dark current, and fast response, enabling self‐powered, high‐detectivity operation.
