SIR,–Permit me to correct a slight error into which Mr. King has fallen in regard to the locality where I found the scales of Eulecanium Lymani, as the tree was not, as stated, at Quebec, but at St. Hilare, a station on the line of the Grand Trunk Railway, about twenty-two miles east of Montreal.
