Eulecanium tiliae (Linnaeus, 1758) Borg (1932) stated that this species (as Eulecanium coryli (Linnaeus)) had been “long known to exist on the Peartree in most gardens and groves where this fruit tree is grown, but is far from common, except in very sheltered situations”. Eulecanium tiliae L. (Hemiptera: Coccidae) je kosmopolitska, polifagna vrsta. Registrovana je kao znacajna stetocina vocaka i sumskog drveca u pojedinim evropskim zemljama. U Srbiji veca ostecenja nisu zabelezena jer brojnost populacija ove vasi uspesno regulisu prirodni neprijatelji. Proucavanja E. tiliae obavljena su tokom 2015. i 2016.
