In this paper I give a revised key to the North American species of the genus Elasmus Westwood, with the description of one new species, and two new synonyms.

A review of the genus Elasmus Westwood (Eulophidae) in Israel is presented for the first time. Twelve species are included and keyed, 11 of which are newly recorded from Israel. Elasmus aternalis is described as new to science.
