Insect Conservation and Diversity, Volume 17, Issue 6, Page 1046-1071, November 2024.We quantified previously unstudied tritrophic gall communities on Fagaceae in Sichuan, China, testing for ‘bottom‐up’ effects of host plant diversity on plant–herbivore and plant–parasitoid interactions. We sampled 176 cynipid gall morphotypes from 23 host plant species, yielding 64 parasitoid morphospecies.
