Glycated Hemoglobin, Lifestyle, and Sarcopenia in Rural Older Adults: A Cross‐Sectional Analysis

open access: yesNursing &Health Sciences, Volume 28, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Sarcopenia threatens independence in rapidly aging rural populations, yet its metabolic and lifestyle correlates remain under‐characterized in Korea. We analyzed rural residents aged ≥ 65 years from the 2023 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (n = 398).

O POTENCIAL DE EROSÃO DE UMA BACIA HIDROGRÁFICA: UTILIZAÇÃO DA EQUAÇÃO UNIVERSAL DE PERDA DE SOLOS (EUPS) COMO FERRAMENTA DE GESTÃO AMBIENTAL

open access: yesGeografia (Londrina), 2012
Em face da degradação ambiental de algumas áreas no norte do Paraná, ocorre a perda da produtividade agrícola. O planejamento do uso do solo, em uma bacia hidrográfica, deve servir como um preventivo instrumento à perda de solos.

Europium(II) Heptaphosphide EuP7 [1] Europium(II)heptaphosphid EuP7 [1]

open access: yesZeitschrift für Naturforschung B, 1980
The novel polyphosphide EuP7 was prepared under controlled conditions by the reaction of the elements in salt melts at 750-800 K. EuP7 forms black prismatic crystals not attacked by diluted mineral acids and bases. The thermal decomposition yields EuP3 at 700 K and in further steps EuP2, Eu3P4 and EuP, respectively.

Integrating DynamiCROP model and risk assessment for pesticide residues in spinach: Implications for food safety

open access: yesPest Management Science, Volume 82, Issue 7, Page 7154-7163, July 2026.
This study adapted and validated the dynamiCROP model for spinach, a leafy vegetable not previously included in its standard framework. The findings confirm that model‐predicted pesticide concentrations, when integrated into hazard quotient (HQ) calculations, can effectively support dietary risk assessment.
