Population‐Based Multi‐Omics and Cohort Study Identifying Predictive Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Psoriatic Disease

Psoriatic disease (PsD) is a chronic skin disease, with challenges in early risk stratification and drug development. Through gene‐level causal inference framework and expression level validation, combined with longitudinal cohort study, CDSN and PRSS8 have been identified as candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for PsD.

Microcystin‐LR Triggers Renal Tubular Ferroptosis Through Epigenetic Repression of GPX4: Implications for Environmental Nephrotoxicity

MC‐LR stabilizes DNMT1/3a by blocking their ubiquitin‐mediated degradation, leading to Gpx4 promoter hypermethylation and E2F4/NCoR‐associated transcriptional repression, which drives renal tubular ferroptosis in mice. Real‐Time In Vivo Monitoring of Anastomotic Intestinal Ischemia Using Implantable Resorbable Organic Sensors

Resorbable impedance sensors are successfully implanted into porcine small intestinal anastomoses. Impedance was recorded for 2 hours prior, and 2 hours following ischemia induction, and a significant drop in tissue impedance was observed. Abstract Anastomotic failure remains one of the most severe complications in gastrointestinal surgery.

Advanced Human Immune Cell‐Organoid Co‐Cultures for Functional Testing of Cancer Nanovaccines

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma remains difficult to treat. We establish an organoid–immune co‐culture using patient‐derived organoids and matched T‐cells to assess cancer vaccines. A mesothelin‐targeted nanovaccine activates antigen‐specific T‐cells, increases IFN‐γ, and targets MSLN+ organoids.
