MARTINGALES AND PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS PRICE VALUATION MODELS FOR EUROPEAN PUT OPTIONS
In financial mathematics, options are seen as financial transactions that gives the holder the right rather than obligations to buy or sell some specific quantity of an asset in the eminent future at a static price often called the strike price on or before the expiration date of the option contract.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

The present paper focuses on pricing with European or American put option that has yet to be studied. In solving option pricing problems, numerical methods form an essential part. Five numerical methods: Black-Scholes-Merton, Monte Carlo, Binomial, Trinomial, and Finite Difference have been implemented in the present work. Here Computer Algebra System (

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.

De la istorie naţională la istorie europeană în şcolile româneşti (From National to European History in Romanian Schools) [PDF]
As of 1989, Romania officially separated itself from communism, expressing its option for democracy. This meant a new change of paradigm, in which education for democracy and European values (Romania expressing its wish to join the European Union) were ...

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,
