Extreme Terahertz Nonlinearity of AlGaN/GaN‐Based Grating‐Gate Plasmonic Crystals
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Plasmonic crystals based on grating‐gated 2D electron gas in AlGaN/GaN heterostructures provide a platform for strong light‐matter interaction. Pump‐probe experiments revealed strong terahertz nonlinearity leading to 45% increase in transmission at a fluence below 350 nJ cm−2.

Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.Driven by increasing interest in uncovering the remarkable photoluminescence quantum yield of Cs3Cu2I5, polycrystalline thin layers are synthesized to investigate its radioluminescence response to energetic ions.
