Europium Complex with Functionalized Carbon Nanotubes: A New Lanthanide Photoluminescence Nanomaterial [PDF]
N-(2-Amino-phenyl)-2-{2-[(2-amino-phenylcarbamoyl)-methoxy]-phenoxy}-acetamide (B) was firstly immobilized on the single-walled carbon nanotubes and characterized by 1H NMR, IR spectra and TEM images.

An EXAFS spectroscopic study of Europium (III) complexation with dafone
An extended x-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) for L _III Eu crystal edge at 6977 eV energy was studied on an original complex based on europium. The ligand was coordinated entirely with respect to europium atom for [Eu(dafone) _2 Cl _2 .(H _2 O) _2

Clade B carbon monoxide dehydrogenases (CODHs) remain enigmatic, diverging from canonical CODHs in structure and function. Here, we present the first characterization of Ruminococcus flavefaciens CODH (RfCODH), revealing occluded substrate pathways and attenuated CO oxidation activity.

Operando luminescence thermometry shows that the local catalyst temperature can exceed the set oven temperature by almost 250°C during the exothermic oxidative coupling of methane process. We demonstrate how the reactor dimensions, catalyst grain size, and reactant feed mixture affect the local temperature.

Flour moisture detection with an europium-based luminescent sensor [PDF]
In this work, we describe the application of the self-assembled europium complex 1:Eu(III) (where 1: diethyl 8-methoxy-2-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-cyclopenta[de]quinolin-3-yl)phosphonate) for the analysis of water content of wheat flour.
