Prognostic prediction models for psoriatic arthritis in psoriasis: A systematic review

This systematic review evaluated prognostic prediction models used to assess the risk of future psoriatic arthritis in psoriasis patients. The included studies reported modest to moderate performance measures, with limited external validation, inadequate reporting and high risk of bias.

Caregiver Burden at the Onset of Acute Hospital‐At‐Home

Among 125 caregivers assessed within 48 h of acute Hospital‐at‐Home (HaH) admission, 61.6% had high burden—nearly all with prior caregiving experience. Perceived social support and resilience were independently associated with lower odds of high burden, identifying psychosocial resources as key targets for caregiver screening at HaH onset.

Tooth Loss and Edentulism Are Associated With Poorer Quality of Life: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analyses

Tooth loss compromising functional dentition doubles the odds of poor oral health‐related quality of life (OR 2.08), while complete tooth loss nearly quadruples them (OR 3.99). These findings from a systematic review of population‐based studies underscore tooth preservation as a critical public health priority.
