Otolaryngologic Clinics of North America, 2022Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) is a common middle ear disorder in children that can have a significant impact on the quality of life. This review aims to provide an updated understanding of ETD and its clinical management. We will discuss the pathophysiology and diagnosis of ETD, as well as the medical and surgical treatment of ETD.
