Noncatalytic Synthesis of High‐Density and Small‐Diameter WS2 Nanotubes
National Materials, EarlyView.A noncatalytic strategy enables high‐density WO₂.₉ nanowire synthesis on engineered substrates. Subsequent sulfuration converts them into small‐diameter WS₂ nanotubes. Individual nanotube devices show superior photoresponse, highlighting a scalable route for optoelectronics.
