Advanced Science, EarlyView.KYNA regulates the tumor immune microenvironment in glioblastoma. KYNA reprograms the balance between T cell exhaustion and activation to suppress glioblastoma progression through inhibiting exhaustion‐associated markers (such as PD‐1, LAG3, and TOX) and enhancing immune activation and cytotoxicity markers including granzymes GZMA and GZMB.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Repurposing cardiac glycosides (CGs) significantly strengthens the efficacy of anti‐CD47 antibody for lung cancer treatment by boosting macrophage phagocytosis. This novel combination blocks the “don't eat me” signal and increases dual “eat‐me” signals, Fc‐FcγR and cell surface expression of calreticulin (ecto‐CRT).

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies CD74⁺ macrophages as key drivers of synovial inflammation in osteoarthritis (OA). The flavonoid luteolin is predicted to inhibit this pathway by blocking Nuclear Factor Kappa‐light‐chain‐enhancer of Activated B cells (NF‐κB) signaling. To enhance delivery, a targeted nanoplatform (MDSPL) is developed.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study mainly combines spatial/single‐cell transcriptomics and metabolomics to reveal LOX+ Malig‐5 as NSCLC brain metastasis‐initiating cells, forming a niche with NET‐releasing neutrophils via the NET‐KRT10 axis. The metastatic niche is involved with metabolic reprogramming, with palmitic acid serving as a key metabolite.
