Integrating Spatial Proteogenomics in Cancer Research

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Xx xx. ABSTRACT Background: Spatial proteogenomics marks a paradigm shift in oncology by integrating molecular analysis with spatial information from both spatial proteomics and other data modalities (e.g., spatial transcriptomics), thereby unveiling tumor heterogeneity and dynamic changes in the microenvironment.

Modular Generation of Alkyl Selenyl Radicals for the Synthesis of Alkyl Selenides via a Mechanochemical Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a mechanochemical, radical‐mediated hydroselenation of alkenes under ambient conditions. This method modularly generates alkyl selenyl radicals from elemental selenium and alkyl (pseudo)halides, utilizing PhSiH3 and H2O as hydrogen atom donors, with the water likely originating from the air and/or trace water present in the reagents ...

Semiconducting Polymer Nanoparticles Enable Light‐Controlled Bidirectional Modulation of Nitric Oxide in Endothelial Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Bimodal modulation of nitric oxide in endothelial cells is achieved by light‐sensitive polymer nanoparticles. In dark, P3HT/PEDOT:PSS NPs boost intracellular ·NO, upregulate both endothelial and induced nitric oxide synthase, and drive a metabolic shift toward glycolysis.

SOME RESULTS ON EVEN SEQUENTIAL HARMONIOUS LABELING OF EVEN CYCLES C_n WITH PARALLEL P_3 CHORDS

Advances and Applications in Discrete Mathematics, 2017
Summary: Labeled graphs have many applications both within mathematics and to several areas of computer science and communication network. Graph labelings were first introduced in the mid sixties and in the intervening years many graph labeling problems have been studied by researchers.

Computation of even-odd harmonious labeling of graphs obtained by graph operations

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2019
Let G(V, E) be a graph with order p and size q. The graph G is called as an even-odd harmonious graph if there exists an 1-1 map f:V → {1, 3, 5, …, 2p − 1} and a bijective map f∗:E → {0, 2, …, 2(q − 1)} such that f∗(e = uv) = (f(u) + f(v))(mod 2q). This computation of assigning the numbers to the vertices and edges of G is called an even-odd harmonious
