포스트 휴먼 시대라고 일컬어지는 현대에는 그동안 우리가 당연시해왔던 ‘인공적’인 것과 ‘자연적’인 것의 경계구분이 모호해지고, 많은 영역에서 ‘인간’ 및 ‘인간적 삶’의 본질에 대한 혼란이 가중되어 이를 극복하는 것이 우리 사회의 커다란 과제로 부상하고 있다. 예컨대 법학의 영역에서는 현대 과학기술의 발달로 출현하게 된 ‘생각하는 기계’, 즉 인공지능 로봇이 유사 인격체로서 법적 담론의 장에 들어오게 되었고 따라서 이에 대한 법적 규제와 책임의 문제가 국내외를 막론하고 격렬한 논쟁의 주제로 등장하기 시작했다.

Anisotropic damage law of evolution
European Journal of Mechanics - A/Solids, 2000A formulation for anisotropic damage is established in the framework of strain equivalence. The model involves two elastic parameters of the virgin, initially isotropic material, five parameters for damage, and three additional parameters for low-cycle fatigue, high-cycle fatigue and fracture in tension.
