Exact dynamics of a two-level atom beyond the rotating wave approximation
Interaction Hamiltonians of some models beyond the rotating wave approximation are just a product of two commuting operators. The evolution operator of such models can be transformed into product of two independent chronological exponents with the help ...

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

Local Crossover: A New Genetic Operator for Grammatical Evolution
The presented work outlines a new genetic crossover operator, which can be used to solve problems by the Grammatical Evolution technique. This new operator intensively applies the one-point crossover procedure to randomly selected chromosomes with the ...

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Three-loop evolution kernel for transversity operator
We calculate quantum corrections to the symmetry generators for the transversity operators in quantum chromodynamics (QCD) in the two-loop approximation.

On the evolution of operator complexity beyond scrambling
We study operator complexity on various time scales with emphasis on those much larger than the scrambling period. We use, for systems with a large but finite number of degrees of freedom, the notion of K-complexity employed in [1] for infinite systems ...

Set of evolution operators of an evolution algebra
An automorphism defined on an evolution algebra can provide both a finite number and an infinite number of evolution operators on it. This question is dealt with in the paper, as well as others more related to the evolution operators of evolution algebras. After defining the concept of the set of evolution operators of an evolution algebra, differences

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Quantum operator entropies under unitary evolution [PDF]
For a quantum state undergoing unitary Schr dinger time evolution, the von Neumann entropy is constant. Yet the second law of thermodynamics, and our experience, show that entropy increases with time. Ingarden introduced the quantum operator entropy, which is the Shannon entropy of the probability distribution for the eigenvalues of a Hermitian ...

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.
