Dual‐Responsive Dynamic Covalent Bond‐Based Assembly of Lipid‐Nanozyme Systems via Multi‐Target Synergy and Efficient Target Enrichment for Ischemic Stroke Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This system adopts a biomimetic phospholipid structure, covalently binding iNOS inhibitors, neuroprotective agent PCA and vitamin E derivatives through pH/ROS dual‐responsive bonds, and assembles them with Prussian blue nanozyme to form PBB@AHA. It can efficiently penetrate the blood‐brain barrier and simultaneously release multiple active components ...

Asymmetric First-Price Menu Auctions under Intricate Uncertainty [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper studies asymmetric first-price menu auctions in the procurement environment where the buyer does not commit to a decision rule and asymmetric sellers have interdependent costs and statistically affiliated signals.

Combating VEGFA‐siRNA‐Induced Metabolic Reprogramming via Glucose Utilization Deprivation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An ionizable lipid nanoparticle co‐delivers VEGFA siRNA and glucose oxidase to tumors to counteract VEGFA knockdown‐induced, glutamine‐driven metabolic compensation. Enzymatic glucose consumption reverses the adaptive pathways and restores metabolism toward baseline, thereby sensitizing tumors to therapy.

Outside offers and bidding costs [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper provides a search theoretic model with endogenous job creation, and homogenous workers and firms. The model introduces bidding costs and allows the current employer to make a counteroffer with probability q when the worker receives an outside ...

Mathematical Modeling of Competition in Sponsored Search Market

open access: yes, 2010
Sponsored search mechanisms have drawn much attention from both academic community and industry in recent years since the seminal papers of [13] and [14].

Oral Bioinspired Peroxisome‐Engineered Probiotics for Modulating Gut Microbiota Homeostasis and Alleviating Cardiac Chemotherapy Toxicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed an oral bioinspired peroxisome‐engineered probiotic (BPEP) by anchoring lipid‐encapsulated ruthenium nanozymes onto Escherichia coli Nissle 1917, utilizing probiotics to deliver nanozymes to the intestinal barrier for reactive oxygen species/reactive nitrogen species elimination, tight junction restoration, and gut microbiota ...

Heterogeneity, Redistribution, and the Friedman Rule [PDF]

open access: yes
We study several popular monetary models which generate a non-degenerate stationary distribution of money holdings. Across these environments, our principal finding is as follows: a monetary policy that sets long run nominal interest rates to zero (the ...

Mitochondria and Neuromast Tagging With Fluorescent Gallium‐Triapine Analogues: In Cellulo MP FLIM and Zebrafish Live Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Equilibrium Directed Search with Multiple Application [PDF]

open access: yes
We analyze a model of directed search in which unemployed job seekers observe all posted wages. We allow for the possibility of multiple applications by workers and ex post competition among vacancies.
