Water Organization and Hydration‐Dependent Hydroxide Transport in Anion Exchange Membranes (AEM)
Hydroxide transport in anion exchange membranes is governed by the organization of water within the polymer rather than by hydration alone. A hydration‐window framework is presented to unify transport, swelling, and mechanical stability, providing guidance for designing durable membranes for fuel cells and other hydroxide‐based electrochemical ...

Effects of the Heat Exchanger Tube Spacing on the Heat Transfer Performance of Cold Radiation Panels
Cold radiant air conditioners are increasingly valued for their better thermal comfort and greater energy-saving potential, but their likeliness to condensate and low cooling heat flux negatively affect their engineering applications.

Exchange rate arrangements in the transition to East African Monetary Union [PDF]
This report considers alternative exchange rate arrangements for EAC countries in the transition to a monetary union. Four main considerations shape our analysis. First, while existing exchange rate policies differ in some important ways across the EAC, the Partner States have expressed a desire to achieve a common exchange rate policy during the ...

Exchange‐Coupled Two‐Dimensional MOFs
Graphene mediates ferromagnetic coupling between two‐dimensional metal‐organic frameworks and cobalt. Fe‐tetracyanobenzene develops a remanent magnetic response whose orientation follows the cobalt magnetization direction and persists up to room temperature, whereas Ni‐TCNB remains only field‐polarized.

Spin‐orbit torque controls the Néel vector of antiferromagnetic IrMn3, which selectively exchange‐couples with spins of Co only in the ferrimagnetic CoGd. This selective interfacial pinning induces the non‐collinear spiral spin configuration, leading to a non‐uniform distribution of local compensation temperature along the film thickness, and enabling ...

USe3 is introduced as an actinide van der Waals semiconductor that mirrors the quasi‐one‐dimensional physics of transition‐metal trichalcogenides. Polarization‐resolved Raman spectroscopy on exfoliated flakes maps strong in‐plane phonon anisotropy and strain‐tunable mode shifts.
