This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.

Design of Excitation Signals for System Identification
The execution of this project is done in recognition of the significance for an appropriate experiment design to be devised, in order to discuss and analyze the effect of various excitation signals on the quality of the identified models. To perform

THE "CNIDOBLAST" AS AN EXCITABLE SYSTEM
It seems established by now that nettling response as it is given normally by cnidarian nematocysts belongs to a rather standard type of physiological excitation event, though there is still some question about the functional significance of the morphological "cnidoblasts".

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

The experimental response of a broadband base-excited vibration isolator incorporating cubic damping
Structural damping is often assumed to be viscous and linear which leads to comparatively straightforward vibration analysis. In the case of vibration isolation mounts this assumption of linearity is particularly questionable and one might want to know ...

5‐Aminolevulinic acid combined with ferric ammonium citrate (5‐ALA/FAC) stimulates dermal papilla cell activity and promotes hair follicle growth. The treatment enhances ERK and AKT signaling, increases hair‐inductive gene expression, and restores dermal papilla function suppressed by dihydrotestosterone and oxidative stress, resulting in enhanced hair

Self excitation in equity indices
A "self-exciting" market is one in which the probability of observing a crash increases in response to the occurrence of a crash. It essentially describes cases where the initial crash serves to weaken the system to some extent, making subsequent crashes
