Wave interaction with a surface-piercing body in water of finite depth: a parametric study
The wave–body interactions for a surface-piercing body in water of finite depth are studied using a potential-theory-based, two-dimensional, fully nonlinear numerical wave tank.

Dynamic force calibration by impact excitation [PDF]
Introduce a method of dynamic force calibration by impact excitation. An analysis of the 200kN standard dynamic force calibration equipment at NIM is presented. The heavy hammer and the force transducer under test are brought to collision, and the impact force is measured by laser-Doppler interferometer.

Simulation and computation of oscillation and stability of hammer-pontoon systems
Hammer pontoon systems are usually used for pile-driving of onshore construction. The systems are constantly acted upon by marine wave, wind and current and have to be fixed by moorings.
