ABSTRACT Background Chronic limb‐threatening ischemia (CLTI) is a severe form of lower‐extremity artery disease characterized by distal lesions and microcirculatory impairment, limiting revascularization efficacy. Rheocarna is a direct hemoperfusion low‐density lipoprotein (LDL) adsorption device with potential rheological and anti‐inflammatory ...

Existence and non-existence results for Kirchhoff-type problems with convolution nonlinearity
This paper is concerned with the following Kirchhoff-type problem with convolution nonlinearity: - ( a + b ∫ ℝ 3 | ∇ u | 2 d x ) Δ u + V ( x ) u = ( I α * F ( u ) ) f ( u ) , x ∈ ℝ 3 , u ∈ H 1 ( ℝ 3 ) , -\bigg{(}a+b\int_{\mathbb{R}^{3}}\lvert\nabla u|^{2}

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Propagation of perturbations for a sixth-order thin film equation
We consider an initial-boundary problem for a sixth-order thin film equation, which arises in the industrial application of the isolation oxidation of silicon.

The Event of Faith: The Transformation of Philosophy by Theology in Rudolf Bultmann
This article suggests that Rudolf Bultmann can be seen to reconfigure Heidegger’s understanding of the relationship between philosophy and theology in terms of a transformation of philosophy by theology. In that sense, though Bultmann is often understood

Giving back life to abandoned traditional montenegrian houses. Saving cultural heritage from vanishing by giving them purpose and making them attractive for the coming generations. The purpose is going to be based on local food production and local arts and crafts.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Global solutions to a one-dimensional nonlinear wave equation derivable from a variational principle
This article focuses on a one-dimensional nonlinear wave equation which is the Euler-Lagrange equation of a variational principle whose Lagrangian density involves linear terms and zero term as well as quadratic terms in derivatives of the field.

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

It is accepted that the theme of “intentionality” highlighted in modern philosophy originated from F. Brentano who distinguished physical phenomena from mental phenomena on the basis of “intentional inexistence”. Be that as it may, he failed to thematize and terminologize “intentional” which, as a result, is replaceable by “objective”.
