This study explores focusing and the felt sense as it was described by Eugene Gendlin (1962, 1973, 1978) and its relationship to focusing training, meaning in life, life satisfaction, existential anxiety, and psychological distress. This cross-sectional study tests whether higher levels of focusing training leads to a higher level of focusing attitude.
