Some aspects for improvement of accelerated reproduction of not widespread exotics and highly ornamental cultivars in the southern steppe region of Ukraine

open access: yesVìsnik Dnìpropetrovsʹkogo Unìversitetu: Serìâ Bìologìâ, Ekologìâ, 2008
The technologies of agrotechnics of accelerated generative reproduction of the not widespread therophyllous exotic Liriodendron tulipifera L., accelerated vegetative reproduction of 16 therophyllous species and 8 taxa of evergreen exotics and highly ...

Z_{12-I} Orbifold Compactification toward SUSY Standard Model

open access: yes, 2007
We explain the orbifold compactification in string models and present a Z_{12-I} orbifold compactification toward supersymmetric standard models. We also point out an effective R-parity from this string construction. The VEVs of gauge singlets are chosen

Nonrelativistic Spin Current Generated Unconventional Spin Hall Magnetoresistance in Altermagnetic RuO2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
It is reported that the unconventional spin Hall magnetoresistance generated from nonrelativistic spin currents in RuO2 is capable of accurately detecting spin current polarization and disentangling the T̂$\hat{T}$‐odd and T̂$\hat{T}$‐even components of a spin current.

Recent Charmonium and Exotics Study at BESIII [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
Recent progress in charmonium and exotic states has been reported in this proceeding. Using the data samples collected by the BESIII experiment, the mass and width of Y states have been extensively studied in hidden and open charm channels. The processes

Spectroscopic Evidence of Edge‐Localized States in an Antiferromagnet Topological Insulator NdBi

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using spin‐polarized scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) in conjunction with quasiparticle interference, we successfully identify distinct signatures of the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic terminations in NdBi, a rare‐earth monopnictide exhibiting non‐trivial topology and magnetism. We demonstrate that step edges on ferromagnetic surfaces host well‐

Fish diversity, composition and invasion of exotic fishes in river Yamuna under altered water quality conditions

open access: yesIndian Journal of Animal Sciences, 2016
Impacts of water quality parameters on the fish diversity of the river Yamuna were studied from January 2010 to December 2011 at 11 sampling sites from uppermost Badwala to Allahabad.

Three Generations in the Fermionic Construction

open access: yes, 1995
We obtain three generation SU(3)_c X SU(2)_L X U(1)_Y string models in all of the exactly solvable (0,2) constructions sampled by fermionization. None of these examples, including those that are symmetric abelian orbifolds, rely on the Z_2 X Z_2 orbifold

Dirac Surface‐State Driven Broad Spectral Band Low Quantum Energy Photoresponse in Quaternary Topological BiSbSe2Te

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Quaternary topological BiSbSe2Te are synthesized and demonstrates a broad spectral band photoresponse, ranging from infrared to terahertz and to millimeter waves, with a particular excellence on detection of low quantum energy terahertz photons. The observed photoresponse is attributed to the excitation of plasmonic nonequilibrium electrons originating

Diversity and use of trees and shrubs in smallholder farming systems in the Colombian Andes

open access: yesCaldasia, 2020
This article describes the diversity and use of trees and shrubs in smallholder farming systems in three municipalities of the department of Boyacá in the Colombian Andes, and tests the relations between spe-cies richness, use, and a set of socio ...

Exotics Searches at ATLAS

open access: yes, 2013
An overview of recent searches for exotic signatures using the ATLAS detector at the LHC is given. The results presented use data collected at center-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV and $\sqrt{s}$ = 8 TeV, for datasets corresponding to a variety ...
