Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Primary intrathoracic liposarcoma: a clinicopathologic study and prognostic analysis of 23 cases [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Primary intrathoracic liposarcoma is an extremely rare malignancy as well as a rare histologic subtype of intrathoracic sarcoma. Relatively few reports appear in the world literatures. We explored the clinicopathologic features and prognostic

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Cytomorphological Diagnosis of Giant Cell Tumour of Distal End Radius in Elderly Patient [PDF]
Giant cell tumours (GCTs) of bone have been described as the most challenging benign bone tumors. It is very unusual for GCT to occur in patients younger than 20 yrs or older than 55 years. GCT is seen with a slightly increased frequency in females.

MUCINOUS CARCINOMA OF THE OVARY IN PERITONEAL FLUID [PDF]
Peritoneal cytology is crucial in the diagnosis and staging of abdominal and pelvic malignancies. Diagnostic pitfalls can be avoided by having an understanding of the different methods of sampling, a familiarity with cytomorphology of the various ...

SDPS-08 OSSEOUS METASTASES IN H3G34-MUTANT DIFFUSE HEMISPHERIC GLIOMAS
Subset of patients with H3G34 gliomas may present with extra-CNS metastasis further complicating both diagnosis and treatment. We describe a case of a 19-year-old female presenting initially with focal motor seizure in right leg along with leg pain.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.
