Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Constitutive model of low carbon alloy steel (LCAS) expandable tubular

open access: yesMetalurgija, 2022
The downhole expansion process of the expansion tube is the dynamic deformation process of the expansion tube metal material at different temperatures. In this paper, the dynamic tensile test is used to measure the dynamic tensile stress-strain curve of ...

Metal expansion joints manufacturing by a mechanically assisted laser forming hybrid method – concept

open access: yesTechnical Transactions, 2022
This paper presents the concept of metal expansion joints manufacturing using a mechanically assisted laserforming hybrid method. The metal expansion joints are made of a metal tube of an appropriate diameter and wall thickness with a combined bellow ...

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Inhibition of cyclin‐dependent kinases 12/13 using CT7439 as a treatment for colorectal cancer with CDK12 upregulation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Single‐cell DNA methylation profiling: Technologies, computation, and applications in precision oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell DNA methylation (scDNAme) profiling maps epimutational clonal evolution, revealing mechanisms of malignancy and therapeutic resistance across diverse cancer types. By providing a high‐resolution landscape of intratumoral heterogeneity, these technologies empower precise patient stratification, guide the development of enhanced ...

Electromagnetic Force Distribution and Deformation Homogeneity of Electromagnetic Tube Expansion With a New Concave Coil Structure

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In the conventional electromagnetic tube expansion, the end effects generated by the conventional helix coil may lead to inhomogeneous tube deformation in the axial direction.

Simulation studies on Tube End Expansion of AA2014 Alloy Tubes

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2018
End forming is defined as forming the end of tubular forms either by inverting the tube or by expanding it. It finds application in many fields such as in automotive and aerospace sectors as power transmission elements, fuel lines, exhaust pipes etc. The main aim of the present work is to expand the AA2014 alloy tubes with different die sets without ...
