Probabilistic Audit in a Revenue Sharing Contract Under Asymmetric Demand Information
A two-echelon supply chain comprising a supplier and a retailer, coordinated by a revenue-sharing contract has been studied. The supplier knows the realized demand only from a sales report submitted by the retailer at the end of each decision period ...

ABSTRACT Purpose Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan, temozolomide, and dinutuximab (I/T/DIN) has emerged as first‐line therapy for relapsed/refractory (r/r) high‐risk neuroblastoma (HRNB) in North America. Topotecan and cyclophosphamide (T/C) are often used in combination with dinutuximab in the setting of lack of response, progression, or incomplete ...

Sealed bid second price auctions with discrete bids [PDF]
A single item is sold to two bidders by way of a sealed bid second price auction in which bids are restricted to a set of discrete values. Restricting attention to symmetric pure strategy behavior on the part of bidders, a unique equilibrium exists. When

Making the Most of Your Samples [PDF]
We study the problem of setting a price for a potential buyer with a valuation drawn from an unknown distribution $D$. The seller has "data"' about $D$ in the form of $m \ge 1$ i.i.d.

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.
