Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

STOCHASTIC MULTI-ATTRIBUTE UTILITY MODEL
In real situations, the attribute value (mostly variable) can be best represented by introducing the finite number of attribute values level, to which the corresponding probabilities should also be attached.

Diversification, Convex Preferences and Non-Empty Core [PDF]
We show, in the Choquet expected utility model, that preference for diversification, that is, convex preferences, is equivalent to a concave utility index and a convex capacity.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Objective and Subjective Expected Utility with Incomplete Preferences [PDF]
This paper extends the expected utility models of decision making under risk and under uncertainty to include incomplete beliefs and tastes. The main results are two axiomatizations of the multi-prior expected multi-utility representations of preference ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Modeling Expected Utility of Multi-session Information Distillation [PDF]
An open challenge in information distillation is the evaluation and optimization of the utility of ranked lists with respect to flexible user interactions over multiple sessions. Utility depends on both the relevance and novelty of documents, and the novelty in turn depends on the user interaction history.

On the Existence and Interpretation of the "Unit Root" in U.S. GNP [PDF]
In this paper, we assess the degree to which four of the most commonly used models of risky decision making can explain the choices individuals make when faced with risky prospects.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Multiple Priors And No-Transaction Region [PDF]
We study single period asset allocation problems of the investor who maximizes the expected utility with respect to non-additive beliefs. The non-additive beliefs of the investor model the presence of an uncertainty and they are assumed to be consistent ...
