Abstract An effectiveness trial found that telemedicine collaborative care for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) significantly increased engagement in trauma‐focused psychotherapy (TFP) and improved PTSD symptoms. However, in a subsequent implementation trial, very few veterans enrolled in collaborative care initiated TFP.

Feathers and the Making of Luxury Experiences at the Sixteenth‐Century Spanish Court☆
Abstract This article charts the activities of featherworkers (plumajeros) at the Habsburg court in Madrid. Drawing on archival records, objects, and paintings from sixteenth‐century Spain, I argue that royal featherworkers' skills, wit, and intricacy in the transformation of materials established feathers as luxury items.

Abstract Insulators of the electrical power grid are usually installed outdoors, so they suffer from environmental stresses, such as the presence of contamination. Contamination can increase surface conductivity, which can lead to system failures, reducing the reliability of the network.
