Down‐regulation of Shh in the hair follicles of mice during chemotherapy‐induced hair loss is mediated by the JAK/STAT1 signaling pathway

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We found that during chemotherapy‐induced alopecia (CIA), Sonic hedgehog (Shh) expression significantly decreased in hair follicle Shh+ cells, whereas the Janus‐activated kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (JAK/STAT1) signaling pathway was markedly activated.

This chapter presents the outcomes of the experimental implementation of the architecture described in Chap. 4 running a hardware testbed for the emulation of domestic electrical load profiles. Besides it shows how this experimental scenario integrates both with the legacy metering architecture and with the blockchain platform.

Experimental Test Validation

European Journal of Psychological Assessment, 2019
Abstract. Although the vast majority of validation studies rely on correlational validity evidence, there is an increased recognition that validity should also focus on whether variations in the focal psychological attribute lead to variations in the measurement outcomes.

Experimental Tests

Abstract In this chapter we study two independent examples of data gathered from electromagnetic scattering from random media. The first example involves scattering from a uniform randomizing optical phase screen, which is applied as a calibration tool for the intensity volatility in our diffusive model of K-distributed noise. The second
