Purification and preparation of Marchantia polymorpha Auxin Response Factor 2 for phase separation studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe detailed protocols for the purification and preparation of Marchantia polymorpha Auxin Response Factor 2 (MpARF2). This protein is fused to an MBP solubility tag and an mNG fluorescent tag and is purified from Escherichia coli. The presented procedures make it possible to study MpARF2 assemblies, which could arise from phase separation ...

Gap measuring instrument of plane joint-surface for mine explosion-proof electrical devices

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2021
The current structural inspection of mine explosion-proof electrical equipment mainly uses the feeler gauge to measure the gap width, which is inefficient and requires equipment to be shutdown. A non-contact explosion-proof electrical equipment plane joint surface gap measurement method is proposed, and an intrinsically safe plane joint surface gap ...

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Virtual Measurement of Explosion-Proof Performance: Application of an Improved RBF-GMSE-Based Surrogate Model to the Safety Performance Characterization of Coal Mine Equipment

open access: yesApplied Sciences
Explosion-proof safety evaluation is critical for coal mine equipment operating in hazardous environments. Traditional methods rely on physical explosion testing, which is time-consuming, costly, and impractical for large-scale or complex systems. We propose a real-time virtual measurement method based on an improved combined surrogate model to address
