In this work, a novel 6D four-wing hyperchaotic system with a line equilibrium based on a flux-controlled memristor model is proposed. The novel system is inspired from an existing 5D four-wing hyperchaotic system introduced by Zarei (2015).

On an exponential attractor for a class of PDEs with degenerate diffusion and chemotaxis
In this article we deal with a class of strongly coupled parabolic systems that encompasses two different effects: degenerate diffusion and chemotaxis. Such classes of equations arise in the mesoscale level modeling of biomass spreading mechanisms via chemotaxis.

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.

Global Stabilization of Boolean Networks to Control the Heterogeneity of Cellular Responses
Boolean networks (BNs) have been widely used as a useful model for molecular regulatory networks in systems biology. In the state space of BNs, attractors represent particular cell phenotypes.

Design and Analysis of Compression–Torsion Coupling Metamaterials Using the Golden Section Method
A novel compression–torsion metamaterial is engineered using inclined rods and symmetry breaking. To optimize its torsional performance, the golden section method is employed. The mechanical response of the metamaterial is validated through both numerical analysis and experimental validation.

Functionally graded metal–ceramic femoral stems are engineered through continuous UMAT‐based stiffness tailoring, eliminating discrete material interfaces while enhancing biomechanical compatibility. Low‐index power‐law gradation optimizes load transfer, reduces stress shielding, and controls implant–bone micromotion, highlighting a materials‐design ...

Global Stability of Approximation for Exponential Attractors
This paper is concerned with the initial value problem for some diffusion system which describes the process of a pattern formation of biological individuals by chemotaixis and growth. In the paper Osaki et al. [13], exponential attractors have been constructed for the dynamical system determined by this problem.

Different Al/Al bimetals with a single engineered interface reveal how mechanical mismatch governs fatigue crack growth under cyclic loading. Additionally, loading–unloading–reloading tests link the microyielding behavior to the fatigue crack growth resistance, while crack‐path analysis reveals toughening mechanisms at the interface, highlighting ...
