Diketopyrrolopyrrole cation incorporated layered perovskites exhibiting extended absorption profiles and enhanced charge carrier mobility with type‐II energy alignment. The improved photoconversion efficiency demonstrates the critical role of incorporating organic semiconductors in optimizing layered perovskite performance.

Directing Near‐Perfect (001) Orientation in Wafer‐Scale BiOI Thin Films via Halide‐Mediated van der Waals Stacking

Our work introduces a new framework that fundamentally changes how orientation in bismuth oxyhalide systems is approached. Comprehensive experiments, backed by theoretical models, reveal the pivotal role of halide anions to modify the van der Waals stacking energies required to direct orientation. Moiré‐Induced Symmetry Breaking of Charge Order in van der Waals Heterostructures

Atomically Precise Ag11 and Ag12 Nanocluster‐Assembled 2D Materials for Memristive and Neuromorphic Functionality

Two‐dimensional Ag11 and Ag12 cluster‐assembled materials (CAMs) are synthesized, offering atomically precise platforms with tunable electronic properties.
